historic beach and good food
Lido Brin, once called Lido Malcarne, is one of Brindisi's historic beaches. It is visited by all age groups and is one of the oldest beaches that residents of Brindisi city visit. Some swimmers claim that they have been coming to Lido Brin for 50 years or more. This beach, despite being small, is equipped with a restaurant and a good bar, plus sports areas, lifeguard in summer season and a large covered car park. You can use the nice beachclub with sunbeds and parasol (paid).
Calm water
The small size of the bay allows mothers to keep an eye on the little ones, and the sea is almost always calm, as it is located in an inlet. With it's low water entry this beach is suitable for different categories of people.
Not far from Brindisi
Lido Brin is the second beach with facilities that you come to, along the coastal road that runs from Brindisi Marina. The first one is Seaty Beach - Cala Materdomini.
Good food
The pizzeria and restaurant are nothing other than a coastal battery emptied from the inside. This coast once was guarded by a series of batteries to defend the hinterland. Now they serve nice appetizers and excellent pizzas.
Easy to reach
The beach stretches along the sunny coast and getting there is not difficult. If your accommodation is not far from the beach, you can reach it by bicycle . In this case you are not bound by the public transport schedule. If you travel by car, just use your navigation system. Access to the beach is convenient, it lies directly at the coastal road SP41. Parking is located directly next to the beach. You can also take a STP bus line from Brindisi city. For example line 4.
