A historic name among Michelin-starred restaurants, this refined place in Carvigno, about 30 km north of Brindisi city. It is located on the first floor of a Baroque palazzo in a very elegant square. Typically Puglian styled dining room, creative meat and fish dishes feature on the menu, manly prepared with regional ingredients. Excellent choice of wine, thanks to the owner’s passion. 1 Michelin star.

This by Michelin mentioned restaurant is housed in what was once the 20C dwelling of an old olive mill. It has an elegant decor, including a few antique family pieces and some Art Deco - style tables. The menu offers light and modern dishes with a regional flavour, while the wine list also showcases the best of Puglia. As the name suggests, the railway lies to the rear of the property, but there’s very little noise.
